Whether we're serving as a role model of recovery and integrity, or offering support and guidance to a fellow brother or sister in recovery, every action we take is a step forward in the fight against relapse. Even simply being a sober companion can prevent someone from succumbing to the temptations of a night out on the town. And in doing so, we're not only supporting others—we're fortifying our own recovery journey. It's a beautiful cycle: by giving the gift of sobriety to others, we're strengthening our own commitment to it.
